1. Service Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to access our services. All services are subject to clinical suitability determined via our Comprehensive Brain Health Assessment.

2. Clinical Assessment An initial assessment is mandatory before commencing any programme. This enables us to evaluate your physical and mental health, substance use history, risk level, and treatment suitability. Failure to disclose accurate information may impact your eligibility or safety.

3. Programmes & Prescribing DTXIFY offers a variety of treatment options including the Sinclair Method, Home Alcohol Detox, Aftercare and Recovery packages. Prescription of medication (e.g., Naltrexone, Benzodiazepines, Acamprosate, Disulfiram) is based strictly on medical review and your clinical suitability.

4. Fees & Payment All services are subject to fees which must be paid in advance. Our packages are clearly priced with no hidden charges. Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of DTXIFY.

5. Confidentiality All services are delivered in confidence, subject to legal safeguarding and safety exceptions (e.g. risk of harm to self or others). We take confidentiality seriously and manage your data in line with UK GDPR and health regulations.

6. Responsibilities of Clients By accessing our services, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information during assessments

• Attend scheduled appointments and sessions

• Follow prescribed treatment plans responsibly

• Inform us of changes in health or medication

7. Service Limitations DTXIFY does not provide crisis intervention. In emergencies, clients must contact emergency services (e.g. 999 in the UK). Our helpline is for non-emergency support.

8. Intellectual Property All content on our website, app, and resources are owned by DTXIFY and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of updated terms.
